Refund policy

  • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your Product cost or replace it if you don't receive your order, it got damaged or was not as described in the product page. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
  • Note: There are no refunds on shipping costs.
  • All items that are made to order, can't be refunded after purchase.
  • In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 6-8 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us via hello@skalempire.com and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & Returns will not be processed after 14 days. Thanks for understanding!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
